To quickly create multiple choice content for multiple choice cards use the dynamic scrambling feature. Set the correct answer to always be the first option ("A").  Put the correct answer in the first column and in the answer section. Fill in other possible answers in the B - E fields. Of course you'll need to set the Answer Key to be "A" for every question.  When you load the deck for testing just turn on "Scrambled" to mix up the answers from their original predictable order.   If you're studying turn off the 'Scrambled' feature and you will see the correct answer on top.
